Dr. Collier's training has taken her across three continents, from UT Austin to Ben Gurion University to Duke, Brigham and Women's, and Harvard. She speaks English, German, and French. This breadth of experience gives her an unusual sensitivity to the cultural dimensions of leadership, communication, and organizational life.
In consultation-liaison psychiatry, you learn to work where complexity is highest, where straightforward answers are fewest, and where the stakes are real. Dr. Collier's fellowship at Brigham and Women's Hospital trained her in precisely this discipline.
