Executive coaching is a confidential professional engagement in which a senior leader works one to one with a trained practitioner on the judgment, behavior and pressures that shape how they lead. Engagements run three to twelve months, typically two sessions a month, at $750 to $1,500 an hour depending on scope and seniority. Individual coaching runs $750 to $1,500 an hour depending on scope and seniority. Team and board sessions are $3,500 to $5,000 per session. Most engagements run three to twelve months at two sessions a month, which puts a typical engagement between $15,000 and $60,000 in total. The first 30-minute consultation is free.
Dr. Collier is based in Boston, Massachusetts, where she sees clients in person. She works with executives across the United States by secure, HIPAA-compliant video. Most of her clients outside Boston never meet her in person and the work is the same.
